Refund Policy

At AstroSumit, we provide personalized astrology services that require time, expertise, and detailed analysis. Because every report, consultation, and prediction is prepared individually, we maintain a strict refund policy as described below.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for astrology-related services are non-refundable.
This includes:

Cancellation Policy

  • Consultations may be rescheduled once, provided you request rescheduling at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations are not allowed once the service has been delivered or work has started.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

  • AstroSumit will not be responsible for inaccurate predictions or reports caused by:

    • Incorrect date of birth

    • Incorrect time of birth

    • Incorrect place of birth

    • Misleading or incomplete information provided by the user

    No refund will be issued for such cases.

Digital Products & Delivery.

Since most services are delivered digitally (PDF reports, online sessions, emails), once delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Payment Failure Issues

If your payment was deducted but the service was not booked or confirmed:

Please contact us with:

  • Transaction ID

  • Screenshot of payment

  • Registered mobile number or email

We will verify and assist you.
If the payment gateway confirms a failed transaction, the refund will be processed by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days.

Exceptional Situations

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error

  • The session could not be conducted due to issues from our side
